C-Lock™ GreenCert™ Energy is a rigorous, science-based, method of accurately and precisely quantifying CO2 emissions from energy production. Utilizing a patented methodology, the GreenCert™ Energy tool provides energy producers with visibility and quantification of efficiency improvements as small as one percent. This level of precision is critical in C-Lock Technology’s process of providing information and recommendations on decisions involving efficiency improvements and management practices. The CO2 emission reductions quantified in the GreenCert process are transparent, validated, and verifiable by an independent third-party. The GreenCert Energy process facilitates C-Lock’s aggregation of CO2 emission reductions into C-Lock Certified Carbon Emission Reduction credits (CCERs) which can be effectively marketed. GreenCert Energy has been designed as an interface to link power producers, science, policy, and those who wish to purchase carbon emission reduction offsets.

C-Lock Technology continues to develop GreenCert applications for GHG quantification and mitigation in various additional sectors such as biofuel production and use, renewable energy use, deployment of clean coal technologies, and production of a variety of carbon offsets.
